There are three ways to reach a person, depending on what you need.

A record looks wrong

Report it from the domain page itself, using the correction form under the fact in question. That routes straight into the review queue with the domain attached, which is faster than any message. Open the dashboard and pick the domain.

Privacy, data and account requests

To ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and watchlists to be deleted, write from the address your account uses and say which you want. Requests are answered within 30 days. What is held is listed on the privacy page.

Billing, plans and institutions

Plan questions, invoices and cancellations are handled from the plans page. Schools, universities, libraries and newsrooms wanting a seat count or a domain set beyond the standard plans should use the institution enquiry there — telling us what you cover and which outlets you watch is the part that helps most.
